Celebrate the first day of spring on March 20th by spending some time outdoors. Count how many birds you see, go for a hike, look for emerging green grass or flowers, or simply inhale deeply and enjoy the fresh air.
Friendly Reminders:
We strive to keep the community looking attractive for everyone to enjoy and we appreciate your help and cooperation with the following:
Items stored on balconies + Front door areas: Personal items are not to be stored on the balconies, balcony ledges or front door areas of your apartment at any time when it can be seen from the walkways. This includes umbrellas, tarps, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and anything other than management approved patio furniture or seasonal décor. All front doors and windows should remain unadorned at all times.
Balcony Noise: Enjoying our beautiful balconies is one of the many perks that come with living at The Podium. While we encourage you to continue using this space, we ask that you please be mindful of volume level when doing so. Noise can travel easily outside from apartment to apartment and keeping balcony volume down will help ensure we maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
Items left on property unattended: Please do not leave personal items such as your bicycles, toys, shopping items, valuable items, etc. unattended in the lobby, sundeck area (bikes only), pool area, fitness center, hallways, in front of your apartment or anywhere on the property. Items may not be stored anywhere on the property or in the hallways at any time. If items are left on the property, management will remove them for disposal.
Begins the second Sunday in March
The Podium is offering discounts to current residents in our community when you refer someone to our property AND they lease their new home with us.
For the future if you refer someone and they get approved, please let our office know and ask us about a discount on your next rent payment!
