ATTENTION, COMMUNITY!
With the rainy season, we would like to remind you, when the ground gets wet, it can be slicker than a banana peel! So, take a little extra care while you’re out and about!

COLD WEATHER… Here are a few tips!
It is completely normal to smell something “burning” the first time you turn on your heaters, for the first few minutes anyways. This is the dust particles (that collected inside or on the heaters over the past months when it was not in use) burning off.

Never turn your heaters off during the cold months, or let the temperature fall below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. It is recommended to keep the indoor temperature at 68 degrees in winter time to help keep the electric costs lower.

Keep your bedroom and bathroom doors open to allow the air to circulate and keep you warm.

WINDOW REPLACEMENT UPDATE
Dear Residents,
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work on upgrading the windows in our community with new, high-quality new construction windows. Our top priority is to keep you safe and dry, while ensuring the building remains comfortable for everyone to enjoy.
We’ve begun replacing windows in a few units, but due to the upcoming rainy season, we will be pausing the work temporarily. Once we are ready to resume, we will provide each apartment with advance notice, including specific start dates.

Residents can report noise complaints, parking violations, or suspicious activity to “ISC ILLYRIA SECURITY” –
