Office Closed on Sundays until Further Notice

Our leasing office will be closed on Sundays starting from April 2nd, 2023, until further notice.

The office will be opened Mon-Sat. during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Note: Resident Manager, Ashley, will be out on maternity leave until further notice. Emily and Assistant Manager, Rebekah, will be taking care of the office in Ashley’s absence.

REMINDER

SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH

We wanted to remind you all about an important safety tip.

Safety for all is a high priority. It has been reported that some vehicles have been seen exceeding a safe speed in the garage and driveway entrance/exit.

The posted speed limit in the Podium is 5 MPH at all times. We do ask that all of our residents be respectful of the speed limit so that other residents are not endangered. We have people walking throughout our community and garage at all times and we want to ensure their safety.

Trash Chute Reminders:

Please be considerate of the maintenance staff. They have had to climb into the trash chutes to undo stuck garbage bags that were shoved inside the chute**

1.) ONLY SMALL BAGS OF HOUSEHOLD TRASH ARE TO BE PLACED IN THE TRASH CHUTES.

2.) NO RECYCLE OR COMPOST SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE TRASH CHUTES.

3.) PLEASE PLACE RECYCLE IN THE BLUE BINS IN THE TRASH ROOM AND USE THE GREEN BIN FOR COMPOST.

4.) PLEASE DO NOT PLACE TRASH IN THE HALLWAYS OF THE BUILDING.

5.) PLEASE MAKE SURE THE TRASH CHUTE DOORS REMAINS CLOSED AFTER EACH USE.

Get Those Winter clothes Into Storage

It’s time to break out those sandals, skirts and sleeveless tops again and get those gloves, hats, winter coats and scarves out of sight.

Clean Out Your Appliances

You use these items every day— so it’s a good idea to give them a good scrubbing. Kitchens are notorious for picking up a lot of germs.

Dust Your Blinds

Over the long winter, your blinds have collected a lot of dust. Hello Giggles recommends using a dryer sheet to dust your blinds, as the static cling will keep the dust from scattering and re-settling!

Make the Windows Spotless

You’re probably going to be keeping the windows open a lot more with the warmer weather on the way, so you might as well keep them as clean as possible. Invest in a good glass cleaner and make sure to wipe down both sides of the window to really let that sunshine through.

Give that Mattress a Flip

According to Martha Stewart, mattresses should actually be flipped four times a year. Not only is this better for your back due to even wear, but it also will give your mattress a longer life. This is important, as mattresses can get pricey.

Give Your Floors Some Love

Carpets hide a lot of dust and debris, so it’s always useful to give them a good shampoo once a year to keep the floors clean.

Throw Out Expired Medication or Old Makeup

Medicine cabinets can get quite cluttered over time. Be sure to look and see if any of your medications have expired and toss them. Additionally, if you are hanging on to that eye​shadow you wore on New Year’s Eve five years ago and haven’t touched since— it might be time to let it go. Old makeup loses its glimmer after a few years.

Hummus Deviled Eggs

Enjoy this fresh take on a classic appetizer.

Ingredients:

• 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled

• 1/4 cup hummus

• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 3 tablespoons cooked and crumbled bacon, divided

• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

• 1 teaspoon salt

• Smoked paprika, for garnish

• Parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl. With a fork, mash yolks into a fine crumble. Add hummus, cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons bacon, mustard and salt to the yolks; mix well. Use a spoon or piping bag to evenly disperse the yolk mixture into halved egg whites. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon bacon, paprika and parsley. Serve chilled.
