Commitment to Resident Safety and Responsible Balcony Use

We prioritize the safety of our residents and want to highlight the significance of using balcony spaces responsibly.

To protect the well-being of everyone in our community, we kindly ask all tenants to avoid placing any objects, such as plants and pots, on balcony ledges. While we appreciate the wish to decorate and beautify your living areas, the potential risks involved are simply too high.

OUR TEAM WILL CARRY OUT REGULAR INSPECTIONS TO IDENTIFY AND RECTIFY ANY CASES OF ITEMS BEING IMPROPERLY PLACED ON BALCONIES.

IMPORTANT REMINDER! DO NOT PROP OPEN HALLWAY DOORS
IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT SOME RESIDENTS, PARTICULARLY ON THE THIRD FLOOR, HAVE BEEN PROPPING OPEN HALLWAY DOORS USING RUGS. THIS PRACTICE IS UNSAFE, CREATES A TRIPPING HAZARD AND VIOLATES FIRE CODES! PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DOING THIS AT ANY TIME!

POOL SEASON IS HERE!
IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN-POOL SEASON IS OFFICIALLY UPON US! A QUICK REMINDER: PLEASE KEEP THE ALLIGATOR HEADS IN PLACE UNLESS YOU REMEMBER TO PUT THEM BACK AFTER YOUR SWIM. THIS CLEVER TRICK KEEPS OUR TWO FEATHERED “VISITING DUCKS” FROM JOINING THE PARTY UNINVITED. DIVE IN, HAVE FUN, AND LET’S MAKE THIS POOL SEASON THE BEST ONE YET!
